1 General Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between 399btd and all its registered members. 399btd operates as an online entertainment and betting platform in Bangladesh under an international license.

By using the 399btd website, mobile app, or any of its digital services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy you agree to comply with.

• These terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account with 399btd, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and the account balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details accurately at the time of registration.
• As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect a security breach on your account, notify 399btd Support immediately.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

399btd supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a deposit.

• Supported Payment Methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, USDT, and other approved methods.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka), and the maximum deposit limit is determined by your account tier.
• Please provide the correct reference number or transaction ID when making a deposit; otherwise, your credit may be delayed.
• Deposits through third parties (i.e., using someone else's mobile banking) are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4 Withdrawal Policy

Winnings on 399btd can be withdrawn quickly and securely. Certain conditions must be met when making a withdrawal.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before you can make a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum wagering of 15x is required to withdraw this bonus.

• Cashback Offer: Cashback is offered on losses in selected game categories. The cashback amount and terms vary by promotion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399btd. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action where applicable.

• Bonus hunting or arbitrage with the intent of exploiting the bonus system for profit.

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

399btd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• During an investigation into suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Before closing an account, 399btd will notify the member by email or through the platform and follow a fair investigation process. If the closure is not due to a rule violation, the account balance will be refunded.

9 Responsible Gaming

399btd believes betting is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial hardship. That's why we encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to take a temporary or long-term break from the platform.
